It's More Fun In The Philippines!
Department of Tourism (DOT) just launched their new slogan: " It's more fun in the Philippines!" last January 6,2012. Hearing the slogan makes me explore the Philippines more and experience other parts of the country that will makes me happy and brings me more fun. Hehe!. What more when you see the pictures of DOT's ad, tempting! Some says the slogan is a copycat of Switzerland's 1951's ad but hey! I don't think it is fair to our young, creative and resourceful DOT's officers to be branded as such for they are young (obviously, not familiar to a 1951's ads. Hehe!) and for their creativity and services to Filipinos cannot be measured and limited to the slogan they happened to believed is catchy and nice. The pictures along with the slogan says it all.
